Pallet Transport On-Demand with Two Options for Large Payloads

Fetch Robotics offers two sizes of industrial Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) to enable on-demand pallet transport in your facility with no infrastructure changes required. That means no wires, magnets, tape, or QR labels need to be installed. Our automated pallet movers can be deployed in just days and can scale as your operations grow.

Versatile and Nimble Automated Pallet Mover

The new Freight500 from Fetch Robotics moves case goods and smaller palletized loads autonomously, improving pick and putaway productivity by eliminating manual travel traditionally done with a pallet jack or forklift. At 40″ wide, the Freight500 can maneuver through tighter areas and still handle payloads up to 500kg. The Freight500 has a maximum payload surface area of 1265mm x 838mm and can accommodate EUR6 pallets and various cases, boxes, totes, and large items. The Freight500 also has a fast charge feature allowing up to 9 hours of continuous operation with a one hour charge.

Heavy Duty Automated Pallet Transport

The Freight1500 is the new workhorse of the warehouse, safely transporting large and heavy payloads autonomously throughout your facility. Forklift operators no longer need to spend valuable time on manned travel and can be re-purposed to higher value tasks. Automating pallet transport reduces traffic and incidents and creates a less congested and safer warehouse environment. Freight1500 can accommodate a standard North American pallet size of 40″x48″ and has a 1500kg payload capacity. Freight500 and Freight1500’s proprietary design and built-in sensor technology provide the smoothest movement, resulting in class leading safety and speeds.

Automate Repetitive Case Movement and Pallet Transport Workflows

Many case and pallet workflows can be automated in your facility with On-Demand Automation using the Freight500 and Freight1500. Take command of your automation by instantly modifying workflows using our powerful cloud-based software to address dynamic business environments and just-in-time demand.

Zero blind spots with 360° robot vision

Both the Freight500 and Freight1500 feature Fetch Robotics’ industry-leading dynamic obstacle avoidance technology as well as a certified hardware-based safety system which allows these large AMRs to navigate and operate safely around associates and vehicles. Each robot has eight 3D cameras and two LiDAR sensors for superior navigation and fast, safe stops when an obstacle is detected.

Ready for warehouse duty

Both the Freight500 and Freight1500 are designed to work alongside people, forklifts, and other material handling equipment within busy warehouse environments. Their ultra low-profile allows for easy loading and modular integration while a 360-degree LED strip provides high visibility indicator lighting for increased safety.

Deploy in Hours

FetchCore Enterprise Robot Planning (ERoP) is our cloud-based application for deploying, operating, and optimizing our entire portfolio of Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) for material handling automation and data collection.

Manage and monitor Freight500 and Freight1500 robots, as well as your entire Fetch Robotics AMR fleet across multiple warehouse and manufacturing environments. Robots can begin work within just hours – not days, weeks, or months.
